Terms

Prices. The prices on this site are our standard residential rates, include applicable tax, and are confirmed at the walkthrough based on the actual vent count. Commercial work is quoted in writing after a site visit.

Scope. We clean. We do not repair, install, remediate mold, service HVAC equipment or perform chimney repairs. We are insured.

Cancellations. Cancel or move an appointment any time at no charge. No cancellation or trip fees.

Payment. Due when the work is complete, by card, cash or check. No deposit to book.

New customer offer. 10% off the first invoice per household when the website is mentioned at booking. Cannot be combined with other offers.
