Air Duct Cleaning

What $349 buys

  • Negative-air vacuum on the trunk, so dust goes to the drum, not your rooms
  • Air whips and rotary brushes down every branch, both supply and return
  • Every register cover removed, washed and put back
  • Furnace filter checked, replacement flagged if needed
  • Drop cloths at every opening and cleanup when we finish
  • The collection drum opened in front of you, plus photos

What it does not

  • Furnace or air handler internals (blower, evaporator coil). Ask and we will tell you whether it needs a separate visit.
  • Duct repair, sealing or replacement. We will show you the problem but we do not do the construction work.
  • Mold remediation. If we see suspected growth we stop and tell you, and you bring in a remediation company first.
  • Pre-1980 cement-board (transite) or paper-wrapped ducts that may contain asbestos. We do not agitate these. Get them tested first.

Our air duct cleaning costs $349 for up to 10 vents and $19 for each additional vent, the same price in every city we serve. A typical 3-bedroom home with 10 to 14 vents is $349 to $425. Dryer vents are $129 side-by-side, range hoods $169, a chimney sweep is $149 per flue, and bathroom fans are $99 each.
Which areas do you serve?
The whole San Francisco Bay Area from our base in Cupertino: Santa Clara County, San Mateo County, Alameda County, Contra Costa County, San Francisco, Marin and Santa Cruz County. Same-day available, and same-week appointments are normal within 30 minutes of Cupertino. Further out we group visits by area.
How do I book?
Call (781) 530-7642 any day between 7am and 7pm, or use the Book online button. We count vents with you, confirm the price on the phone, and hold a slot. No deposit, no payment until the job is done.
Do you clean the furnace or air conditioner?
No. We clean the ductwork, trunk lines, plenums we can reach and the register covers. The blower and coil inside the furnace are a separate service. We check your filter and tell you what we see.
What is the 10% off for new customers?
Ten percent off the total on your first visit, any service, when you mention the website. It applies to the whole invoice including additional vents.
